1. Services Offered
BAYZA provides the following digital and remote services through www.payofuse.com:
- 30-minute support session: €25
- Half-day session (up to 4 hours): €78
- Full-day session (up to 8 hours): €86
- 3-day support package: €225
- WHOIS domain name research: Pricing available upon request or included with selected packages
All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise specified in writing by BAYZA.
2. Ordering and Payment
- Orders must be placed and confirmed directly through www.payofuse.com or via written agreement.
- All payments are required in full before service delivery.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other options provided via www.payofuse.com.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- You may cancel a service up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
- If BAYZA cannot provide the service as agreed, a full refund will be issued.
4. Client Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of the service.
- Availability at the scheduled session time is required for remote services.
- Missed appointments without notice will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, source code, or digital deliverables created by BAYZA remain its intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Once payment is complete, the client obtains rights to the final deliverables, excluding third-party content or licenses.
6. Limitation of Liability
- BAYZA makes every effort to provide high-quality services via www.payofuse.com, but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of services.
- BAYZA is not responsible for service delays due to technical issues beyond our control.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- Client data is processed in compliance with current data protection laws.
- Personal data collected via www.payofuse.com is used solely for service execution and communication, and will not be shared or sold without consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Montpellier, France.
